Your Land Rover already has a perfectly good screen. What it does not have is anything worth putting on it. This box goes in behind that screen, into connectors that are already there, and lets your phone put its maps, music and messages up on it: what Apple calls CarPlay and Google calls Android Auto. Nothing gets added. Nothing gets lost.
No second screen on the dashboard, no wire up the windscreen, no shop-bought plastic. Your Land Rover was designed as one connected thing, and the replacement stereo that fits the hole in the dashboard knows nothing about the rest of it. This does not go in that hole. It goes in behind your screen and leaves everything else alone.

What it fits, and what it definitely does not.
What decides this is the radio system fitted behind your dashboard, not the badge on the back. Two cars of the same model and year can have different equipment depending on how they were specced and which country they were sold in. That is why we check rather than assume.

On these cars the computer behind the dashboard sits in different places depending on the model, so the connecting cable differs too. The versions are J4, J5, J6 . We work out which one your car needs and put it in the box. You do not order it separately and it does not cost extra.
